A person familiar with the agreement says the Cleveland Browns have come to terms on a multiyear contract with rookie quarterback Colt McCoy. McCoy is expected to report with Cleveland's other first-year players to training camp on Friday, said the person who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the team has not yet announced McCoy's agreement.
