The NFL will not fine coaches Jim Harbaugh and Jim Schwartz for their postgame tiff Sunday. In celebration of a victory at Detroit, 49ers coach Harbaugh gave Lions coach Schwartz a roundhouse handshake and a backslap that Schwartz took offense to.
